Two Kinds of Choosing
Have you ever heard (or thought!) “I chose Jesus and that is all the good works I need.”
Or “I am saved by grace so I don’t have to do anything”?
These are just two examples of very un-Lutheran, un-Biblical ways of thinking which have worked their way into Chritianity. Tony Stoutenburg, pastor of Grace, draws on Joshua 24:14-18 to help us understand what God has done, and what we are now called to do.
If our messages are a blessing to you, please consider supporting the ministry of Grace Lutheran Church, as you are able, with your prayers and resources.
